Q) I don’t have a box to ship my antlers, where can I get a box?
A) Any UPS store, Uhaul store will have them or you can have a UPS store or Mail Box Express package and ship your antlers for you.
Q) I have a deer head already mounted and would like to have something different can I have those antlers mounted in a Buckstump custom deer mount?
A) Yes, Just remove the antlers and skull plate from the mount or plack and mail antlers.
Q) When should I expect to receive my completed Buckstump deer mount?
A) Depends on time of year and volume for that season, during the peak season (Nov-Feb) typically 3-6months. We strive to have all mounts complete by July after the season.

Q) Will my Buckstump custom deer mount be insured during shipping?
A) Yes, All mounts are insured for $100.00 during shipping and that would cover any damages due to shipping.
Q) Is there a warranty with Buckstumps custom deer mounts?
A) Yes, Buckstumps stand behind all there mounts. If there is a defect with craftsmanship or materials, Buckstumps will redo the mount at no cost.
